Save Your Quarters For Manhattan Pinball
I never wanted this to end!
This might be a good time to revisit my favorite pinball-related video of all time (sung by none other than The Pointer Sisters):

Director Chateau Bezerra created this mesmerizing music video for the Gorillaz song “On Melancholy Hill” using only neon lights found on the streets of NYC. For fellow New Yorkers, it’s cool to see how many signs we see every day that are subliminally imprinted in our brains. (And it’s a pretty good song too). Enjoy:

If you’re like me and you call New York home, this stunning video will make you love the city even more. If you used to live here at some point in your life, you’ll probably be homesick after watching. And if you’ve never visited, what are you waiting for?

A few months ago, I posted some cool examples of Tilt-Shift photography, the method of manipulating camera angles so the images end up looking like miniature toys. I just spotted this amazing Tilt-Shift video of NYC. Enjoy:
Without being too metaphysically cheesy, there are times in life when we suddenly see something that makes us feel at peace…we can’t explain it, but it just feels right. (OK, maybe that was cheesy, but you know what I mean.)
I saw these sprinklers in Central Park this morning, and had to share them. Take a quick break from your hectic day and enjoy some unexpected zen…
