Polly Wants Much More Than A Cracker
I’ll admit it – growing up, I wanted my own parrot. There was something so amazingly cool to me about an animal that could mimic human speech – I envisioned having long, in-depth conversations with my parrot…telling it about my day at school and asking it for advice about life’s big mysteries, like how to get noticed by the cool kids. OK, it never happened (the parrot OR getting noticed by the cool kids). But now, thanks to the magic of the internet, I can be entertained by some of the most brilliant parrots from around the world.
