All that blind teenager Jordan Verner wanted to do was complete “Zelda: Orcarina of Time” on Nintendo 64…obviously he thought this was virtually impossible for someone like him. That was until three guys read about him on the internet and created an elaborate 100,000 keystroke script for him…all Jordan needed to do was follow the script exactly and he would finally get his wish. OK Go has created another viral video jaw-dropper…I’ve always loved these “Mousetrap”/Rube Goldberg chain-reaction videos – this one takes the genre to a whole other level. Sit back and enjoy – I guarantee you’ll watch it until the very last frame.
The scary thing is, if this product actually existed it would be a crazy-bestseller. You’d probably be able to find it in the vestibule of “Bed, Bath, & Beyond” in the “As Seen On TV” section (that’s where I bought my first Snuggie…memories).

I’ve been a huge fan of ‘Alice in Wonderland’ for as long as I can remember…the trippy visuals, maniacally insane characters, and twisted logic left a mark on my impressionable brain (and might have made me slightly crazy). Snomageddon, Snowpocalypse, SnOMG…whatever you want to call it, today was a good-old-fashioned Snow Day. And nothing says Snow Day like a hot, delicious cocktail to warm your spirits and get you inebriated.
After much tipsy experimentation and careful consideration, I’d like to introduce you to…the Drunken Snowman.
Ingredients:
-Coffee
-Hot Chocolate
-Whiskey
-Cointreau
-Cinnamon
-Vanilla Extract
-Fresh Orange
-Honey
-Whipped Cream
-Dark Chocolate Bar
-Cherries
Directions:
- MUDDLE together fresh orange slices, honey, and cinnamon.
- BREW a cup of your favorite coffee and MAKE a cup of hot chocolate. POUR half the coffee and half the hot chocolate into a glass over some of the muddled Orange mixture
- ADD a shot of Whiskey
- ADD a shot of Cointreau
- SPRINKLE some Cinnamon
- TOP with a generous amount of Whipped Cream (did you know there’s a Non-Fat Reddi-Whip…awww, yeah – be generous…)
- MELT half a bar of Dark Chocolate in the microwave and DRIZZLE on top of the Whipped Cream
- ADD a few Cherries
- Sit back, watch the blizzard out your window, and ENJOY…
